PARTNERSHIPS

How We Work Together

We aim to facilitate the vision of new and expanding businesses by lessening the barriers and misconceptions that small businesses face when entering a brick-and-mortar space. We create partnerships by working together to help design, build, market and grow your store.

All of this helps us identify the right space. We'll meet and walk through potential spaces.

Create an Agreement

There are countless ways to structure an agreement. We'll talk dollars and cents, review options and settle into something comfortable and feasible for everyone.

Designing Your Storefront

This is the fun part! We'll work together to pick all the details, colors and textures to bring your vision to life.

Let the Work Begin!

Sometimes a space just needs a fresh coat of paint or fun graphics. Other times we're installing new floor, adding lighting and tearing down walls.

Urban Market

Fort Henry Mall • Kingsport, TN

During our search for The Next Great Pop-Up Shop we saw the need for a space that could accommodate local businesses and makers that couldn’t support a brick-and-mortar space on their own.  We came across the Urban Market Kingsport, a merchant marketplace featuring local boutiques, gifts and handmade items.

They shared our vision for providing entrepreneurs with a brick-and-mortar experience and asked their merchants for feedback. Was there interest in having a presence in the Fort Henry Mall? The answer was yes!

Mall owners committed to creating a move-in-ready space and we worked together to select floor, paint and design a one-of-a-kind store. The lease agreement was made based on projected merchants and sales feasible for the initial year. The collaborative process created a win-win for the property, the Urban Market and the community.
