The search for the Next Great Pop-Up Shop is open to businesses of all types. Finalists will be selected and interviewed by the Cleveland Mall. The winner is awarded a space to host their pop-up shop for 12 weeks.

What You Win
To help bring your pop-up to life, the following will be provided:

Retail space in the Mall for 12 weeks this holiday season from October 1 – December 31

Rent to be covered by the Mall

Up to $1,000 toward design and build-out of the space

Branded signage and coming soon graphics

A team of marketing and graphic design professionals to assist in the design, layout and branding of your shop

Access to training to assist with marketing your shop, predicting expenses and operating a brick-and-mortar space
-
Press release announcing the winner distributed through all media channels

Grand opening e-blast to Cleveland Mall Fashion Insiders
-
Ongoing promotion of pop-up shop through all digital assets including social media and electronic newsletters
Winner's Responsibility
To qualify, the winner will be responsible for the following:

Professionally merchandised store ready to conduct daily business by the term start date and throughout the term

Staffing and adhering to Cleveland Mall hours of operation or agreed upon hours of operation

Execution of short-term license agreement and proof of proper insurance coverage

Documentation of design and build out expenditures

Utilities within the Pop-Up space
About the Space
Located in the heart of the Cleveland Mall, the space features beautiful glass storefront and neutral carpet. Walls are primed with slats and brackets for shelving and fixtures. The sales floor is approximately 1,300 sf and includes a dressing room area with two fitting rooms.
